Hey I'm glad you got your offer.It's funny that you always hear about this stuff on the buyer's side not the sellers.Your comment about the 2K not being a big deal in the long run is so true, that said, I'm surprised that were not wanting to match your asking price.Does this mean the market has now changed to a buyers market?Also, are you going for the trip on the buggy?
