Hello Goodbye

Auntie Kim and Uncle Grantley finally had a chance to visit... sadly it was just in time to say good bye. Well at least Russell will have a place to crash during Octoberfest!

Okay, enough stalling. Hopefully there will be some cleverly edited video someday but I have to get past this posting to continue on.

On a very hot and sticky day, Russell and entourage arrived at Corpus Christie church. Russell was not entirely taken by the whole event as he cried pretty much from the outset. Thankfully his new godparents, Melanie and Mike took it in stride. We thank you both for accepting the role of Russell's godparents and I am confident that your combined experiences and wisdom will be invaluable in Russell's upbringing. Thank you both.

been bad... should really spend more time away from Russell so I can update this thing. Anyways, a few quickie pictures. The baptism photos and video are just too daunting to heres a couple taken before the big day.

R&R's Oven ready ribs...

Okay, the other day Louis calls me up saying he bought some ribs and wanted to know how I cook mine. A few days later, he tells me that they didn't turn out so well. I know this has got to be one the easiest things to cook so I'm documenting it here so next time he has a guide. I'm hoping my backyard will be done shortly so I can get a proper grill. This might be one of the last times I do this with the oven.


Step 1 - Peel the skin



Step 2 - Seasoning



Step 3 - Toss in the oven (3-4 hrs @ 275f)



Step 4 - Checking in after 3 hrs



Step 5 Saucing them up. (also trying a new video hosting service, should be better quality)
